• Reservations requiring a deposit are confirmed only after payment verification.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at our discretion.

• Honor your reservation or cancel it in a timely manner.

5. Cancellation and Deposit Policy

We require a deposit of €5 per person for all reservations. This deposit will be credited to your final bill when you dine with us.

Cancellation Rules:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: Full deposit refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• No-shows (failure to appear without cancellation): Full deposit forfeited as a cancellation fee.
